ALUMNIUM GRILL WORK

Nib International Bank would like to invite sealed bids from eligible and experienced bidders for  Supply and installation of Aluminum Grill for its own Building at Hawassa City through open tender as per the following details :-

 Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedure contained in the procurement manual of the Bank.

1. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred) starting from September 28, 2022 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00A.M – 12:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M- 5:00 P.M and Saturday: 8:00A.M­ – 12:00 A.M. from the address mentioned below.
2. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed Trade license, certificate of registration, Tax payer registration certificate, Value added tax certificate, tax clearance certificate and supplier’s registration Certificate from ministry of finance and economic development.

4. Bid proposal must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose during office hours at the address mentioned under number 4 before the bid closing time and date.
5. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
6. The bid will be closed on Oct 14, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. and will be opened on Oct 14, 2022 at 3:15 PM. in the presence of bidders or their representative at the address mentioned under serial number 4.
7. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
8. The bank reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.

1. National Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and eligible bidders for the supply of the following Items

A complete set of Bidding Document can be obtained from Procurement team office which is located in the National Bank of Ethiopia Building-2 ground floor upon deposit of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 (One hundred only) for each bid in the account No. 7002010800001 at Payment and settlement Directorate found in NBE New Building, sub-basement floor during office hours (Monday to Friday) 8:00-12:00 p.m. and 1-5:00 PM)
3. Bids must be accompanied by bid security 2% of the Total Bid Price in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
4. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the 2014/15 E.C., renewed main registración trade license 2014/15 E.C., Tax Identification Number, Valid Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certifícate and other necessary documentes.
5. Bids shall be submitted in the tender Box prepared for this purpose on /before the above indicated date and the closing is on the same date, time shows in the above table. The bid number should be indicated in the bid document.
6. Bid opening shall be held on the days and time indicated in the above table in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend.
7. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (3) to (6) above shall result an automatic rejection.
