JOB DETAILS:
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform Core Banking (iDC) Application maintenance during and after implementation of the project
• Recommend improvements to the core banking system technical and business processes in order to meet the Bank’s requirements
• Translate the business needs and Requirement Specifications into Design Specifications
• Develop program/code from Design Specifications to good quality Software and in conformance to system development standards
• Work closely with consultants and third party vendors and assess consultant’s/vendor’s proposals and recommendations
• Specify and ensure that application controls are incorporated during design of the software in order to check on risk exposure.
• Document system developments in accordance to the application development standard practices
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform technical unit testing
• Work with the vendor of the Bank’s core and other enterprise solutions and systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and execute test plans
• Train other team members, support staffs and end users on iDC basic and advanced operations
• Working with the iDC application development products to develop or interface with iDC applications and database
• Trouble shoots problems reported by support staffs and branches and other end users
• Manage Multi-channel banking operation (Mobile, Internet, Alert...)
• Develop routines for the extraction of data from the iDC system as per regulatory requirement
• Create and Update help-desk knowledge databases
• Provides support in the areas of iDC CASA, Loans, IBD, Finance and Treasury operations technically and functionally
• Ensure that new updates, patches and customization are well tested on UAT environment before they are release to production environment
• Work closely with IT Security to ensure that applications are well secured and adhere to systems security policies and procedures;
• Trouble shooting and logging issues to Vendors Help Desk regarding iDC products
• Assist IT infrastructure department in creating and implementing a strategic plan to improve supportability of the infrastructure
• Manage and ensure changes are processed through Change Management Procedure
• Develop, Implement and maintain all operational processes, procedures and policies related to iDC and other enterprise applications
• Address and close audit findings/observations within the give timelines
• Performs other related activities as might be given to you from time to time by your immediate supervisor

• Senior Digital Banking system development Officer is responsible for following up the functional and technical integrity of the digital Banking platform and mobile wallet and Agency banking solutions by proactively involving applications installation, configuration and upgrade, and provide workarounds whenever necessary. Proactive in working end to end, including understanding requirements and analyzing, providing solutions, coding, testing, build & deploy and support systems.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the core and auxiliary systems of the Bank under the IT department
• Coordinate and lead the activities of the division
• Ensure the availability of the Bank’s core and auxiliary system from the IT side
• Manage the smooth running of the daily operation of the systems through proper monitoring and follow-up
• Ensure that the Bank’s operational requirements are achieved through parameterization and customization
• Ensure that the second level support provided to different organs of the Bank are based on standard time and quality
• Ensure Incidents, events and problems are handled properly
• Communicate with the Bank’s technology providers so as to maintain the Bank’s interest
• Escalate Applications related issues logged to vendors to the appropriate officials of the vendor whenever the supports are not up to SLA.

• Manage Functional and Regression testing around the Bank’s auxiliary system’s application

Job Description
• Installing, configuring, supporting and Administer network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, and servers
• Providing high-quality walk-up face to face support on all general and specific software, hardware and network issues during the hours of operation.
• Building, setting up and configuring the appropriate equipment required by both new starters and existing employees as required for them to do their jobs
• Managing end user accounts on active directory based on user account life cycle management guideline
• Setting up the relevant and appropriate IT access required for internal staff in a secure way and managing the execution of this process using ISA server.
• Providing onsite and remote ICT technical support for end users daily on technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Administering, maintaining and regularly monitoring ICT services including internet connectivity, network devices, data storage (NAS) and sharing, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Implementing organizational ICT policies, guidelines, procedures and standards to ensure ICT systems, data and end users are protected from threats.
• Evaluating offices technology usage and needs; recommend improvements, such as hardware, software, ICT security and network upgrades.
• Manage all active and non-active network components, network switches, routers, wireless access points, cabling.

Job Requirements
• BSc Degree in Computer science, software engineering, computer engineering Information Technology and related.
• 5 years and above of experience including system administrator, network administrator IT support, IT service desk officer
• Cisco certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience Office machine maintenance will be an added advantage
