• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations, job descriptions, clarification on provisions of the Collective Agreement, etc.), Ensure legal compliance on all human resource management activities
• Involve in employment related contracts for authorization and handle correspondences on post recruitment formalities (medical, police, insurance, maintaining identity cares etc...), Handle all staff insurance and medical matters; prepare related correspondences (renewal of insurance policies, medical contracts, and communication of relevant information, etc.)
• Manage the employee ID (printing, Issuance + collection at time of contract termination), Manage employee attendance and produce timely report, continuously follow-up and update Job descriptions. Maintain up-to-date and complete bank of job descriptions per employee both soft and hard copy where hard copy shall be maintained in each personal file.
• Prepare all payment orders related to monthly medical bills, refund of staff medical expenses, settlement of monthly fee to external service providers and staff expense claims, Prepare support letter to staffs with regards to their employment status, or other relevant and acceptable requests.
• Prepare periodic reports, such as Head Count, Organization chart, and other HR reports.
• Follow up leave status for all permanent employees, ensure that all leave entitlements for the current year and expended as per the leave plan.
• Follow up administration and control of contracted employees ‘recruitment.
• Perform any other related tasks as required by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
Educational background

• BA in human resources management, Business Administration, or Management

Required Skills and Experience
• Good knowledge & experience in human resource administration.
• Team player and capacity to work in a cross functional environment.
• Must have excellent written and spoken communications skills
• Computer literate (very good knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel & Power point
• Knowledge of Finance for Payroll administration is advantageous.
• Must exhibit high integrity and honesty in performance of his /her duties.

Position Summary
• To support the successful implementation of Minaye PLC strategy by designing and implementing effective talent acquisition, development, motivation and retention strategies and programs. The position is also responsible for supporting smooth and effective business operations by driving efficient and effective general support, shared service and administrative operations.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Define and cascade the HC vision, strategy and priorities aligned with the strategy of the Company.
• Mobilize, assign and reallocate resources to accomplish human resources strategies as required.
• Define and implement the HC operating model that is most impactful to meet the Company’s business goals.
• Conduct forecasting and scenario planning to understand the current and future development requirements of Minaye PLC and plan human resources programs accordingly.
• Monitor the alignment of the organizational structure of Minaye PLC and individual units under Minaye with the strategic and operational requirements and initiate appropriate organizational development programs to ensure alignment, increased effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead the development and management of an organizational culture conducive to productivity, employee engagement and retention.
• Establish close relationship with employment agencies, universities, professional societies and other pertinent bodies to recruit managers and professionals and to maintain a pool of potential candidates to fill vacant posts in the future.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process in such a way that the right people with the right attitude, qualification and skill are employed.
• Participate in recruitment and selection decisions in relation to appointment of Directors, Managers and Heads.
• Institutionalize induction and orientation programs for new staff.
• Develop and implement appropriate plan to enhance the maturity of the employee performance management process through regular review and improvement of the process.
• Monitor that performance planning, review and coaching for staff at all levels are conducted according to Minaye’s employee performance management timelines, policies and guidelines.
• Define policy, strategy and processes for learning and development of employees and leaders.
• Lead the assessment of learning and development needs of employees and executives, and the design and implementation of appropriate learning and development programs.
• Monitor the proper implementation of the Company’s employee welfare programs and ensure their compliance with legal requirements as well as their effectiveness in effecting the required level of employee health and safety.
• Administer employee insurance programs to ensure that staff and their families are compensated in cases of injury or death.
