Job Summary

• The Senior Product Development Officer is responsible for developing new products, conducts and reviews of new products meet customers and the Bank’s interest including reliability, usability and performance. In addition, the job holder will follow up proper implementation of new product; collaborates with the concerned work units in developing new products and its effective commercialization. Furthermore, the role holder is responsible for searching new product and service opportunity in continuous and systematic manner.

Job Summary

• The Research and Market Intelligence Specialist is responsible for conducting qualitative or quantitative research to undertake the feasibility of new market entry opportunities and area potential; assessing the local, regional, and global economic, social, political, and financial environment and their implications for the Bank. In addition, the job holder is responsible for conducting/initiating studies and evaluations to ensure market leadership of the bank's services in deposits, foreign exchange, e-banking, and credit services.

Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification

•  Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.

Experience
•  At least Six (6) years’ post qualification experience in a similar role.
