• The purpose of the job is to support the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation team to realize the expected results. The team is tasked with supporting the proper execution of the Bank’s strategy and other change initiatives by following the guidelines and frameworks instituted by the bank/directorate.

• MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields
• 2/3 years of relevant experience in relevant fields preferably in the banking industry

The team is tasked with supporting the proper execution of the Bank’s strategy and other change initiatives by instituting proper measurements and periodic performance evaluations.

• MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields
• 7 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as senior officer in the banking industry
