• Menschen für Menschen Foundation Project Coordinator Office (PCO) wishes to invite applicants with the following qualifications and experiences
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all health programs of the Foundation.
• Prepares and reviews project documents.
• Ensures that all health activities are feasible, sustainable and cost effective.
• Responsible for proper implementation and execution of all health activities of projects.
• Provides technical advice to projects.
• Follows up project appraisals, project formulations and project agreements.
• Monitors project activities by regular field visits.
• Prepares health reports of the Foundation.
• Provides up to date progress reports to the European offices.
• Initiates innovative ideas and approaches with regard to health interventions.
• Represents the Foundation in health and health related issues and communicates and handle issues with governmental and other stakeholders
Number required: 1 (One)
Duty stations: Addis Ababa, Project Coordinator Office
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract

• MPH
Work Experience
• Minimum of 7 year and above experience in coordinating health program activities especially in rural area and has strong knowledge and skill of team work and understanding of government priorities and donor regulations and reporting requirements for International Humanitarian Non-governmental Organizations.
Language: A good command of spoken & written English

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide MARPs friendly lab services as related to integrated clinical services including HTC, STI, ART and other RH services
• Provide appropriate client care during specimen collection and any encounter with the client
• Ensure all lab equipment’s and commodities are stored/kept and handled as per the manufacturer’s guideline and according to the national and international standards.
• Ensure availability of laboratory services and conduct testing as per the standard.
• Ensure internal and external laboratory quality assurance procedures at all laboratory service points
• Ensure samples are timely transported to referral sites when required and collect results timely.
• Facilitate short TAT for Viral load and CD4 results by closely working with regional/ referral laboratories.
• Follow stock balance of lab supplies regularly and report to the appropriate body for restocking.
• Send request for laboratory reagent refill regularly and timely to LIP, PFSA, PSI and town health offices.
• Participate in QI team meeting and lead DIC infection prevention activities per the national standard.
• Request lab reagents and other commodities as per the set timeline.
• Ensure documentations are properly handled.
