Job Description
• Role Summary
The business Controller is responsible for budget and budget review preparation, to ensure and control the good performance of all the processes related to variable costs and perform management reporting, control company assets and inventories.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate planning and business control section.
• Develop and prepare a budget by coordinating with Departments.
• Responsible for variance analysis, profitability, follow-up and control budget, and evaluation KPI.
• Develops labor and material cost analyses, reviews production levels, establishes and reports appropriate variances for decision making.
• Ensure optimization of company resources in terms of Cost.
• Control reconciliation of advertising assets, and other fixed assets.
• Run fixed asset depreciation, and control fixed asset movements.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and business control. Practical experience in IFRS is an advantage Reconcile Sage /AX spare part report with OptiMaint details
• Run / Calculate depreciation for all PPEs.
• Prepare a Fixed asset movement report /Format power BI/.
• Monitor capital expenditures, “actual to “budget”; prepare monthly capital budget variance reports with explanations for variances.
• Reconcile purchase order including AIT in OPTIMAINT with AX.
• Assign tag numbers to all fixed assets.
• Reconcile the balance in the PPE module to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
• Deploy and control periodic physical counts of PPEs.
• Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.
• Investigate the physical obsolescence of PPE and propose a solution (either for disposal or replacement).
• Assist in the preparation of PPES budgets.
• Every month check and verify with the technical department for the commissioning and determine the FA group.
• Work with the Finance Manager to ensure a clean and timely year-end Audit
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Never disclose any financial information without the approval of the department head or the person in charge
• Keep the confidentiality of financial information
• Perform other duties when assigned

Job Requirements
• B.A. Degree in Accounting/Finance,
• Minimum of 8 years experience (but at least 4 years in a managerial position) in fields of Finance and Accounting/Reporting/ Management Accounting in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
