Job Summery
• The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor the BEKDES GROUP Companies HR performance,
• Make sure the Company’s Human resource (HR) policies comply with labor laws, Revising the Company’s HR policy as per the best practice and legal requirements, Communicate the policies to the employees, implement the polices, prepare manpower strategic plan, prepare both long- and short-term plan and cascade best practices across the organization,
• In line with the Company’s values and objectives, Develop the high-level company culture - set of attitudes, values, and goals that will be shared among employees and managers.
• Recruit or hire new employees as needed by the Companies, - setting clear and transparent criteria for pre-screening candidates, setting formal recruitment process, preparing and announcing vacancy. Administer skills tests, interview applicants, and make a hiring decision in line with labour law requirements, Prepare employment letter and contract and organize induction sessions.
• Create and implement work performance evaluation framework, facilitate employee performance appraisal and provide feedback,
• Work with other department Managers and General Managers from different levels to evaluate employee performance and be able to provide feedback and guidance for all employees.
• Manage and improve communication and oversee promotions in coordination with team leaders and department managers.
• To achieve the company’s objectives, facilitate the employee-employer and teams department’s relationship to work together.
• Ensure good work environment as well as good company culture
• Make sure the fair treatment of all employees at all times and for everyone has equal access to opportunities, information, and guidance.
• Create and define the overall talent development and management strategy
• Knowing the legal aspects of handling workplace disputes, address complaints and terminations, be able to apply best practices and resolve difficult situations without disrupting the day-to-day operations and functioning of the company. Resolve Conflict between employees or between deferent Department heads,
• Developing job description by listing duties and responsibilities of each employee base on his/her employment title or position, oversees their work, facilitate effective use of manpower.
• Manage employee database, personnel record/file,
• Schedule and preparing annual leave program, follow and perform accordingly,
• Adapting new trends and technologies, follow up the effectiveness organizational change. Organizing Capacity building of staff by assessing training need.
• Assisting life and accident insurance programs with insurance team.
• Co-operation with relevant Governmental bodies at different level
• Process pension arrangement of the employees
• Prepare workers monthly engagement and over time tracking format to finance before payment is due.
• Ensure Safety and Healthy employee and environment.
• Prepare regular HR reports, and assessments to Management team.
• With a discussion coordination with Legal Department, prepare General Work Rule for the Companies, and when it be necessary, prepare Specific Work Rule for different Departments.
• Executing other duties as assigned by the General Managers of the Group Companies.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Management/ Business Management/ Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experience in human resource management, which at least 2 years experience at a Senior level
