JOB DETAILS:Job Summary
• The Senior Investor Relations Office is responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in analyzing and presenting financial trends, competitor behavior, various legislative and regulatory factors affecting existing and new clients to make informed investment decisions. In addition, the role holder is responsible for sourcing of new customers to achieve business growth for the Bank by selling corporate products and providing business advice that will benefit the client.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration Management and/or related fields.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
• Ability to speak Chinese and or Turkish is preferred.
Experience
• At least five (5) years’ relevant experience

• Working outside office and client’s preferred location for sourcing of new customers.

• The Relationship Officer will assist the Relationship Manager Corporate / Corporate IFB to grow and maintain a portfolio of clients within assigned sector and market segment by recommending or selling Corporate Banking/ Corporate IFB products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.
• Relevant trainings and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit and international banking operations).
Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years’ successful experience in banking or customer contact role.
