Job Description
About Mobile Digital Screen Service PLC.
• Formed first in Kenya in 2012 and now also registered and operating in Ethiopia since 2019, Mobile Digital Screens Service PLC (Mobiscreens) is a BTL Marketing and Branding Solutions Provider here in Ethiopia and Kenya with a rich experience of 10 years.

MOBISCREENS (MDS) is currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Senior Accountant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Verify, allocate, post and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Perform timely balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position.
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting documents and transaction evidence.
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Prepare and file tax return to the government.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
• At least 5 year of experience as an Accountant
• Experience with technology Companies is preferable
• Practical Knowledge of Accounting Software (Peachtree, Oracle System)
• Practical Knowledge of government tax policies, regulations, and directives.
• Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Fluent in English and Amharic both in writing and speaking.
• Proficient in MS tools and warehouse and inventory systems

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
