JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Plan and Implement risk management programs.
• Ensures the organization's risk management policies, limits, and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization;
• .Monitors, analyzes and oversees all operational risk management activities of the Company’s business units;
• Develops financial risk management tools and practices to analyze and report on financial market risks and to manage risks according to a financial risk management framework and relevant policies;
• Ensures financial risk management policies, limits and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, standards and strategic imperatives of the company;
• Oversees or monitors all financial risk management activities of the organization. Monitors and analyzes financial risks within the company's business units and on a corporate basis;
• Identifies any risks that may result in property loss, injury, or legal liability. Takes constant steps to analyze and fix any areas where the company is open to litigation.
• Initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct;
• Collaborates with other departments (e.g. Internal Audit, Legal Service) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and to resolve difficult legal compliance issues;
• Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures;
• Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required;
• Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the organization, including promoting heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct, and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures;
• Provides reports on regular basis and as directed or requested keep the Board, Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts;
• Cooperate with all other units in fulfilling Company objectives;
• Performs similar duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements
BA in Management, Law, Business Administration , Accounting & Finance and Similar
Relevant Experience:- 6 years
Computer skill:- Mandatory

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
