Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
• answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and scanning.
• take and relay messages
• provide general administrative and clerical support
• prepare correspondence and documents
• receive and sort mail and deliveries
• schedule appointments
• organize conference and meeting room bookings
• co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
• monitor and maintain office equipment
• Another task assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education and Experience
• Diploma generally required
• knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• ability to work as a team
• good dressing, clean, and on time.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
