JOB DETAILS:
Job Description • Develop and facilitate cross-sectoral relationships with key stakeholders at the national level, including independent commissions and agencies (such as the National Dialogue Commission, the NEBE or the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission), national-level civil society organizations, elected officials, relevant government ministries, political parties and potential private sector partners. • Provide coaching to project team on senior stakeholder relationship building and management through an Ethiopian context • Lead activities with CSOs within IRI’s program scope • Provide regular (monthly) analysis of political developments • Provide summary reports on any meetings and activities supported (using IRI provided templates) • Provide input on training curricula, proposal development and program activities, to ensure they are customized to the needs of Ethiopian program beneficiaries
