Médecins Sans Frontières – Holland Ethiopia mission, also known as MSF-Holland, is an international humanitarian medical organization, providing assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural and man-made disasters and armed conflict, without discrimination, and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.

Currently MSF-Holland is Re -registered at Civil Societies Organization Proclamation No 1113/2019, under the License certificate No. 0654 and operating in four different projects in agreements with the respective line Bureaus of Amhara Regional State, Somali Regional State, Tigray Regional State and Gambella Regional state covering various medical activities.

As per the Civil Societies Organization Proclamation No 1113/2019, section two Article 15 Sub-article (2)

MSF-Holland Ethiopia Mission is seeking external Audit firms to undertake the Audit of its account for the period January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022. As per Government proclamation of 847/2014 MSF has adopted transitional IPSAS reporting as of January 2021.

All Interested and authorized Audit firms fulfil the following requirements are kindly invited to submit their proposal that comprise technical and financial components for consideration from November 21 to December 02, 2022

Interested Audit Firms must submit evidences of the following;

• Competence certificate of Auditor from AABE
• Valid trade licence
• Tax payment of the current budget year
• Tax payers identification number
• Licence from the Federal or Regional Auditors office, renewed for the current budget year

Evaluation Requirements: Bidders will evaluated based on the following criteria
