PRODUCTION CONTROL & Time study
1. Duties and Responsibilities
• The work-study supervisor is responsible for the investigation of the work done in an organization by means of a consistent system, in order to attain the best possible use of men, machines, and materials at presently available conditions.
• The work-study Supervisor must manage the production teams throughout the production operations.
• The work-study supervisor is responsible for operation break-down, line layout, time study, line balancing, SMV for target production, Efficiency, Daily production report, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly production report, Loss study & Cause study.
• Collect information from the department head, cycle check & re-balance & motivate workers to maximize their efforts.
• The role of the work-study is to effectively and efficiently utilize software technologies, machine tools, math, and scientific concepts, and human resources in order to solve problems, provide products or services at minimal cost, and produce on time at the optimum output level to satisfy customer demands.
• And perform other related jobs given by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements
Qualifications, Skills, competence or any requirement for the position
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Software Proficiency (Auto CAD)
• BA/BSC Degree in textile/garment engineering or any other related fields
• Fluency in both spoken and written English including business terminology required.
• Keeping document files sequentially
• willing to stand for a long period of time
