Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the Company’s financial reporting complies with the relevant laws, regulations, accounting standards and best practice.
• Plan, organize, administer, direct and control the activities of the factories and concerned departments.
• Set short and long-term objectives to run the business.
• Ensure the departments’ and services periodic activity plans are prepared in time and also staffs are involved in the process.
• Ensure that all activities of the Company are done in line with the relevant laws and regulations.
• Review the economic viability and forward recommendations so as to improve the financial and operating condition of the Company in future negotiations.
• Direct the concerned departments and services to initiate and ensure the capacity building program of the staff of the Company.
• Supervise the Company’s wok processes to pursue the business effectively and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and financial leadership in the investment of Company’s financial resources in compliance with all relevant regulations to maximize the financial returns to the company.
• Authorizes payments and sign cheques as per limit of authority.
• Ensure the proper management of the Company’s cash flow and availability of enough funds to meet the day to day payments;
• Ensue and follow up the timely collection of credit sales as per the credit agreement;
• Advise the management on sourcing longer term financing;
• Formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy;
• Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the company’s financial affairs;
• Handle the day to day dealings with banks, ensuring proper and timely collection of funds from customers, and ensuring the cash position of the company is efficiently maintained;

Job Requirements
• BA OR MBA degree in Accounting and finance
• 10 years and above experience in finance manager
• Who has experience in finance field

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 108

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
