• የትምህርት ደረጃ ከከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት: ቢ.ኤ ዲግሪ በኣካውንቲንግ ወይም በአካውንቲንግና ፋይናንስ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
• የስራ ልምድ: በሙያው 4 አመት እና ከዚያ በላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ት የፒስትሪ ስልጠና የወሰደ/ች እና መስራት የሚችል /የምትችል በኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ የሰራች/ራ ቢሆን ይመረጣል
