Job application procedure
The college decision will take the following factors into account.
▪ Number of years of teaching experience at tertiary level.
▪ Number of publications in reputable journals
▪ Release paper from the previous employer is MUST to join the college. ALL previous employers
work experience letters should specify the applicant has left the company.
▪ Copies of credential (all degrees along with their student copies) are to be submitted and any degree awarded from abroad need to have equivalency letter from FDRE Education and Training Authority (the former HERQA).
▪ Weekly teaching load is 12 hours.
