Coordinate office activities and perform secretarial assignments for professional or management staff in support of the on-going operations of the office. Secretarial assignments include such duties as office coordination, Administration activities, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional management staff’s of responsibility
• Degree in secretarial science, BA in management, office management and Related field of study
• More than 3 years’ work experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
