Overview
Job Description
• Legal payment for Ethiopian office like Income tax, pension, tass and Withholding tax report online and prepare payments .
• Recording and maintenance of proper accounts on daily basis .
• Manage the overall accounts of head office accounts and site accounts and Responsible for all accounting information of the company .
• Prepare payroll.
• Facilitate payments for suppliers & buyers as need .
• Making invoice for local sales and export sales .
• Preparing monthly reconciliation, Quarterly, annually and for customer and vendor.
• Preparation for internal and external audit works and schedules as requested .
• Implementation of modifications to accounting systems to maximize productivity reporting and internal control.
• Maintain fixed assets registers and accounting
• Preparation of accounting management information system (MIS) reports on monthly quarterly and annual basis.
Responsibilities holding
• Preparing VAT monthly return.
• Preparing Withholding monthly return.
• Preparing Income Tax monthly return.
• Preparing Pension monthly return.
• Preparing Local Sales invoices.
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation.
• Process of VAT refund.
• Voucher Entries (Purchase, Sales, Bank, Journal)

Job Requirements
• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
• A minimum of 3 years experience

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
